Quadra Ingredients exhibited for the first time ever at IFT FIRST!

Quadra Ingredients exhibited for the first time ever at IFT FIRST: Annual Event & Expo this year. The show, whose brand highlights industry leaders in “Food Improved by Research, Science and Technology”, took place from July 10th-13th at McCormick Place in Chicago. With more than 18,000 in-person attendees and around 800 expo booths, the event was a huge success.

To showcase our vast portfolio, capabilities and ingredient innovations, each day of the show we served coffee with custom plant-based coffee creamers which were accompanied by three different prototypes that featured our unique solutions. Our two creamers, Mexican Chocolate and Breakfast Croissant, featured Quadra Ingredients’ custom oat creamer base that combined on-trend and unique flavor profiles with the plant-based dairy alternative movement. To kick off the show, we featured our Spark Square, a fudge-like, creamy bar that played on the flavor profile and look of a deconstructed s’more while simultaneously giving you a protein boost and low net carbs. Next, we served up our savory Everything Bagel Biscotti Boost, which paired perfectly with a warm cup of coffee and gave a sustained boost of energy to get you through the second day. On the final day we went festive with a delicious Break-Fest Popcorn Mix that combined both sweet and savory elements of breakfast into a convenient and fun snack.
