Helma Slierendrecht is Senior Technical Sales Manager at the Danish cooperative KMC. She has been with the company for more than 9 years and worked with their potato-based ingredients in many different applications. She has gained extensive knowledge about starches proteins, pre- and probiotics and health prevention in the food and feed industry during the last 25 years. Helma got her M.Sc degree in biology from the Agricultural University Wageningen, holds a Ph.D. degree in immunology from the University of Copenhagen and acquired a M.A. in International Business Communication from the University of Southern Denmark. She loves helping customers with their R&D projects and her credo is “Let’s make things work”.
