Quadra Ingredients invites you to join us for an upcoming Webinar, on Carrageenan Technology and its Utility in Dairy and Beverage Applications presented by our supplier partner DuPont.

This presentation will cover the basics of the carrageenan polymer and how it can be utilized to bring structure and physical stability to various dairy based food products. It will include a short discussion on the raw material source and the various types of carrageenan and how and why they differ from each other in their abilities to create different types of gels and viscosities. The effects of processing and the physical interactions with other food additives will also be discussed. Finally there will be a short discussion on the use of carrageenan in several dairy based food applications.
