We offer a line of specialty phosphates from Budenheim in Germany which allow for maximum yield improvement with the lowest possible inclusion rates. They have a wide range of specialized product blends for emulsion, injection or tumbling.
For your Clean Label & Natural Lines, we offer Fiberstar’s Citri Fi® (Citrus Fibre) which can be used in conjunction with native rice starches to replace phosphates in many meat applications. We also carry a wide variety of fibre options to improve the nutritional profile of your products.
Looking to reduce sodium? Quadra has many low sodium phosphate options, including Potassium Chloride and specialty salt replacement solutions such as Sub 4 Salt, Yeast Extracts and others.
