Sodium Reduction is a big concern for bakers as it is such a functional part of leavening baked goods.
Quadra has partnered with Kudos Blends who have created a patented Potassium Bicarbonate to replace
Sodium Bicarb as a one-to-one replacement. We also have leavening systems that allow you to replace
the sodium based acidulants that are typically used with a specialty blend at a one-to-one ratio as well.

We have a full range of fibres, both soluble and insoluble, including Inulin & Oligofructose, Pea Fibre, Beet Fibre, Citrus Fibre, Wheat Fibre and more.

Adding protein to baked goods is also on the rise, we offer a range of dairy based and vegan proteins for you to consider.

Gluten Free baking is a continued trend in North America, as the incidence of Celiac disease is on the
rise, as well as consumers who are choosing a gluten free diet for its perceived health benefits. We offer
